Backlinks for 162 websites

Project has a fixed budget of $162 NZD. If your bid IS NOT $162 it will be ignored! This is a one off payment. If you quote me an ongoing monthly price your bid will be ignored. Let me know mow many backlinks you can provide for the budget. I have 162 websites (on subdomains). Please quote the amount of backlinks you can provide per website. It would be preferable if those links came from multiple countries. You must comply with the following conditions: I am seeking PR4+ permanent, quality, one-way backlinks. The keywords will be the name of the site itself and are to be used as anchor text. I require all backlinks to be from different websites. Please do not bid if you have no link building experience. Links MUST NOT be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Blackhat or grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following guidelines. READ BEFORE BIDDING!!! - Absolutely no black hat or Grey hat tactics.
