Create a data scraper and collect data

Hi! I have some online grocery stores for which you need to build me a data scraper, then scrape the stores and take out the data, and then combine those data into one database. I need all the data related to the product that is present on the page (name, category, subcategories, amount/size, price (regular price, discounted price), discount %, price validity, product description, manufacturer, internal ID, barcodes, images, etc... Scraper needs to be configurable so I can choose to scrape only prices if I do not need all the data. Making final database will be tricky as the matching should be done on product name (which can be differently structured in different shops so some kind of fuzzy lookup will be needed) or perhaps - if you can do it - based on image (the scraper needs to download images too). I need at least 7.000-10.000 perfectly matched products and there are in some stores up to 15.000 products. As far as I'm concerned, you can even match them manually, I just need the final base that I could later on update based on internal ID or Barcodes. You need to provide me the scraper I can use on my own, an automated process that collects the data and creates the interim database (one per store) and final database that has matched products (excel files as database are ok).
