Create a Shared Calendar of Events

We are a membership organization and need a shared calendar for the members View and to insert events, but not be able to delete events. The project requires researching events in the Atlanta area and populating a shared calendar, setting up and inviting users and providing a one page training paper for the members to understand how to access and how to make edits.
