Lead Generation for Hospitals in Thailand

You are free to leverage software tools for web/data scraping and lead generation. 1. Overview We are a Healthcare SaaS startup focusing on Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Solutions. We are looking for someone to help us in generating leads for hospitals in Thailand. 2. What should you do? You are required to gather the following information at a minimum. Additional information is a plus and improves the quality of the lead. 2.1. Hospital details Information to gather: Name of hospital, Address, Province, Phone number(s), Website, Number of beds, JCI certified yes/no, HAI yes/no, Number of staff (optional) 2.2. Contact details Information to gather: a. Quality Department (or equivalent dept, as different hospitals may call it differently) One or more of these people: Quality Manager, Head of Quality department, Quality Management Representative, Director of Quality Management, or PA (Personal assistant) to the Quality Dept Head/Director. Information about the person: Name (must), extension/contact number (OR) email address. Note: email address must not be a generic email address such as contact@[login to view URL] etc b. Nursing Department One or more of these people: Chief Nursing Officer or PA to CNO, or Director of Nursing (DON) or PA to DON or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) or Nursing Manager. Information about the person: Name (must), extension/contact number OR email address. 3. Scope and Duration of this work Criteria: Private hospital in Thailand (any province), with 75 beds or more We expect you to generate quality leads from 100 hospitals. Quality leads are those leads which are valid and correct information (examples of invalid information are: phone number is outdated, name given by you was ex-staff and no more working in the hospital, email is a generic email account etc) We will verify the accuracy/completeness of the data gathered. If we like your quality of work and your pace, we will engage you in our future similar projects. 4. What should you deliver? • We want you to provide all the details (listed in sec 2) in an excel file • For every entry, please mention whether you spoke to anyone or not. If you spoke, then mention whom you spoke to (name and/or dept). For eg, spoke to front desk, or spoke to Ms Cindy from or Mr Chula from etc • Send us the excel file at the end of everyday • At the end of the assignment or when we ask for, you must provide the consolidated full list. 5. Guidelines • If you call the hospital, please speak in Thai or English (when needed) and do so professionally • Please be polite and professional even when you get cold/negative responses when you call someone 6. Milestone and Payment Milestone 1# : 20% upon your submission with leads from 40 hospitals information Milestone 2# : 20% upon your submission of remaining 60 hospitals information Milestone #3: 30% upon our verification of the data. Milestone #4: 30% after we determine that most leads are quality leads. 7.
