Marketing Manager

Ideal Candidate We are looking for a marketing professional who can focus on lead generation within new, existing business and partner relationships. This person will also be a team lead for the inside sales [login to view URL] will be responsible for management and ownership of the marketing plan and all lead generation, brand awareness, CRM and new “solution” launch initiatives ., direct marketing, webinar programs, telemarketing, online PR. Responsibilities Manage and develop solutions/propositions throughout their entire life cycle from conception through to “go to market”. Implement process to measure marketing success within sales. Manage solutions/propositions to ensure compelling value propositions, clear messaging, and positioning. Gather new requirements for assigned solutions and develop business cases that justify investment. Monitor competitive and market landscape. Identify suitable partners to bring to market a new solution. Manage communications and funding between the organisations. Support sales activities, helping the company win more business and meeting agreed business objectives. Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to address market opportunities and to meet business objectives for assigned solutions. Ensure all marketing mixes are used, for example: events, direct marketing, webinar programs, telemarketing, online and website management. Requirements sufficiently Educated marketing experience to enable the incumbent to fully meet the requirements of the role. Exposure to sales/marketing , multitasking and rapid decision-making. Experience of working with Partners to provide integrated solutions and service offerings for clients. Strong communication skills including written communication, negotiation, presentation creation and delivery. Experience leading or working very closely with an inside sales team Schedule Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay
