Transcribe written event sign-in sheet to Microsoft excel spreadsheet.

I have about 3 pages, or 60 line items that are hand written that I would like transferred to an excel spreadsheet by noon on Friday January 18 (US West Coast/Los Angeles Time). Each line has organization, name, title, email address, and phone number. -Some are hard to read. If you cannot tell what something says, I would like for you to highlight that cell so I can double check it later. -I also have a list of common titles, organizations, and some of the names and email address that you can reference to check what the sign-in sheet says, and a reference sign-in sheet from the last event that has a lot of the same people with the same information on it.
