Address Data Entry from image to Spreadsheet in Excel

We pull information from systems and save the information with screenshot to an image file. Simply need worker to open image, and type the address of the person or business involved in to a spreadsheet using First, Last, Business, Street, City, State, Zip entry. Relatively simple data entry, yet very repetitive. Attention to detail and correct information transfer is a must and will be checked for correct information before payment is released. We estimate to have anywhere from 500 to 1000 address per week that we need to acquire and transfer to spreadsheet format. This is initial project to establish benchmark and relationship with data entry assistant. We'll start off with 200-300 addresses to see how well work is performed and how quickly the turnaround is on this task. We expect 12-24 hour turnaround. An example image is provided... We have had this task accomplished at about 2 leads per minute which means you should be able to enter approximately 100-120 leads in to the spreadsheet per hour. A few directions: 1. We only need first and last name, no middle initials or salutations like Jr. or Sr. 2. We don't need the zip code 4 digit extension, simply the first 5 digits like 90210 or 01818. 3. We want the female name if address lists man and woman ie (husband and wife). So we just want the woman's name typed (John & Rhonda Johnson) we would only want Rhonda Johnson. If unable to determine, ie Randy and Pat Johnson, simply put the first name (Randy Johnson). 4. If a business is listed put the business name in the business name column. If both business and person are listed, please put all info in row.
