Analyzing and interpreting statistical data using SPSS project 2

I am looking for an experienced statistician who could do analysis, exploration and interpretation using SPSS. The data is ( 150 participants X 30 questions). You will do most of the work using Anova, and Manova. My budget is around $40, but I am also open to any suggestion. To bid, please show your ability in interpreting statistical data in your PM. Payment will be in two installments, i.e. I will pay you after each half of the work. Sorry that I will not escrew or send money before I see the first half.
