design of USB flash memory stick circuit schematic and PCB drawing and file

I need some specialized expert who can design for me a USB flash memory PCB schematic and circuit but with following: 1- the USB design should be FIPs qualified 2- bidder should provide all certificates and proves of his qualifications, just mentioning done project will not be accepted. 3- USB design should be well described and BOM of estimated prices should be provided at end of circuit. 4- other technical requirements will be discussed with the wining bidder after approving all his qualifications. 5- USB circuit and drivers should support USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 6- components used should be from well recognized companies i.e. ( maxim, STelectronics, TI....) 6- time of delivery is extremely important.
