Re-Design Building Exterior. I own a residential building in town which is zoned for commercial use, which is currently tenanted as professional offices. The Purpose of your Design - To show potential tenants that this building is the one for them. I want them to say 'I want my business in this building' The Design Brief - just concept ideas for a building exterior.(proper illustrations will come later) To modify the exterior, transforming the appearance of the building into something fabulous! No major structural work . Use of cladding / facade. Don't want to ruin the original building so I can return it to a residential house if need be. But can still be bold! Ideally I would like to attract a dentist or similar type business. I like the classic / chic London look, and awnings, love the awnings! Remember this is only for design ideas, once I've got a concept together then I'll get some proper illustrations done. Thanks for your time! Doug
