Media Buying campaign (Adwnetwork) NO GOOGLE NO FACEBOOK

Hello , I'm looking to setup a campaign with Propeller Ads , Ad network for pop ups . I need to setup the campaign , but I'm facing in many troubles setup the postback link for tracking the conversion . I am using as tracking system Bemob . Please let me know if somebody can help me in the integration . Please avoid to post offers relate with GOOGLE ADWORDS or FACEBOOK . This is another thing .
