Drupal Website Requirement

I'm looking for a drupal website development. Following are the details of what I'm looking for. My drupal requirements is for a theme which includes the customization of the audio player and modules used within drupal. If an installation can be provided then that would be great. The copy will be written after the design has been completed. The aim is to have websites which are similar to those run by Sony BMG for their artists, which all use drupal underneath. All their artists are listed on [Removed by Admin] with links to their full drupal sites. Each site template will include links to twitter, youtube, [login to view URL], facebook, flickr, and myspace pages. The sections on each site are the band, news, events, music, videos, photos, blog, forums, and shop. A twitter module would have an integrated design. We are uncertain which modules we will be using sections such as the forums and shop, so recommendations would be appreciated as we would like to ensure that the design integrates well into the theme.
