I would like to send 250000 emails on a weekly basis directed to the United States only. You must have your own list, it must include small businesses and consumers. We are looking for traffic to a much needed website aimed at people who are looking for money to start a business or need capital for an existing small business who want to use the Small Business Administration to do so. Everything must be completely legal, and must be CanSpam Compliant You must submit proof of emails, open rate, click through rate I will supply the content of the emails. You must use your own list and send the emails. I would like to start with some type of targeted emails to business opportunity seekers and small business owners. You must have references and have done this type of work before.
