Our store uses a shipping matrix system from [login to view URL] to price for delivery based on customer postcode and weight of the order. Today, it has stopped working and no longer gives a price for delivery when a customer checks out. Without this the customers cannot checkout so no orders can be completed. We need someone who has good magento experience and preferably experience with this particular webshopapps matrix. We need this correcting ASAP. It may be easier to have a call with regards to this so i can explain in greater detail. Our shipping prices change irregularly. If this is done well, there is ongoing work to update our shipping matrix whenever our prices change.
