I need someone to do the layout and format my PhD (text, pics, tables, appendices) in InDesign. NO proofreading or changing the text. I can send Chapters as they are approved by my supervisor (meaning they do not need any other corrections). So far, there are 2 chapters fully done. Everything needs to be submitted in September There is going to 2 books: 1. text of circa 80000 words (does not need proofreading) with max. 50 pictures and tables. - I need someone to make sure that all the fonts in headings and in the text are the same -that the pictures/tables are in place (change the page from portrait to landscape to fit the table) -that they are referenced in the text and that they are enumerated correctly; -correct page numbers -correct headers 2. Appendices - circa Catalogue of my specimens includes 350 pages of images with the caption. -Appendix 2 is going to consist only of Tables. They need to fit into the page and be enumerated. There is a lot of images which and are heavy so I would prefer if someone can work with InDesign as there is a lot of text and data.

The reason I quoted above your set budget is that I know from experience, that there's going to be a lot of back and forth between us and that's going to take time. Also, can you really trust a random freelancer who's gonna charge you 40euro with your Ph.D. thesis?
