Are you Brilliant with Sounding Rockets?

Have you studied astronautics and/or astrophysics? Do you know all about how sounding rockets work? Have you ever looked at current rocketry methods and thought of a better and even cheaper way? If so, then please read on! I am an entrepreneur and investor who was born and raised in New Zealand. I am looking to embark on my own private space program, which will start with sending a simple, sounding rocket to the edge of space (at about 100km in altitude) with a small payload of just a camera and end with manned missions to space, perhaps the Moon and even beyond. Currently, the main focus is this first sounding rocket project, which needs to be constructed in and launched from NZ, for NZ $50,000 or less. I am already in touch with the NZ Rocketry Association to ensure that my rockets meet the new High Altitude Vehicle (HAV) laws in my country and to have a place to launch them from. What I now require is an individual who is gifted in aeronautical engineering (and related subjects) and who has their own brilliant concept for a much better and cheaper rocket to lend me for my space program. Your idea needs to be accompanied with specific designs and calculations so they can be used to effectively construct the rocket by my team in NZ. In addition, these calculations and designs MUST have some form of verification or testing done on them (even if it's in cyber space through computer programs) so I know that they are highly likely to work in practice. I am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement(s) throughout this project to protect your (and others') intellectual property. Please remember that NZ is a nuclear-free country so we cannot have a rocket that uses any nuclear technology, such as cold fusion. Here are some ideas and concepts that I have come across, which you may wish to incorporate into your plans: - Using a balloon to first lift a rocket as high as possible before it inhales the gas in the balloon to burn and ascend further and reach space. On its way down, it uses the empty balloon as a parachute for a safe and soft touchdown. - A rocket that uses a suppressed technology such as "free energy" or "anti-gravity". I have read up on these and found plenty of plans and patents for them (both online and in books). The only question is if any of them actually work. - A rocket that uses a forgotten or unused technology, such as hydrogen gas motors for cars. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN IDEA IN MIND AND ARE WILLING TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT IN FULL AND SELL ME THE RIGHTS TO YOUR IDEA - OR ALLOW ME TO PAY YOU TO USE IT IN MY SPACE PROGRAM.
