Digital and content marketing for a newly launched event

We are a group of people passionate about mental health; awareness is great but we want to arm a delegations from multiple companies with the tools to be able to tackle mental health in the workplace. We want to make sure people know what to do when colleagues need support. Hence we have launched a conference on mental health specifically in major corporations. Ideally, we need a marketing manager who can create a marketing strategy based on our vision - this is hopefully you. You will also be asked to research and create a database to market the event to. You will also be in charge of creating marketing materials (according to the tone of voice set so far) such as email communications to database.
