Format E-mail to look professional in PDF

I want to have an emaiil blast. I have written the email, i just need someone to help finish it up to look professional. Here is what i need below. The instructions for the formated structure is as follows; - On page 1 of the brochure (attached in PDF), use the right hand side graph of the world and please use change the website as [login to view URL] and "do not" include the email address ([login to view URL]). This will be the beginning of the email. - Then add the email that is attached (Accountant Letter Final - in word doc) - Then after the email use the awards graphic on page 1 of the attached PDF and the important notice on the bottom. Do not include the black graphic about SGF, "To find out more......" and please do not include the last line of the "important notice" (JBS Investment Partners LP). - Please have the document equally flow down the page to look symetrical I have attached an example of the layout we would like (Example of formated email) to give you an idea of how we want it to look. Please complete the project in a standard format so we can send out our email blast. Budget is strictly 10AUD
