PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION MATERIAL: 5 REFERENCE SINGLE PHASE TRANSFORMER INSPECTION ADDRESS: Avinguda de Roma, 18-26, 08290 Cerdanyola del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain POLYLUX COMPANY SCOPE : - Visual (take a clear photo from each reference which includes nameplate ) - quantity check according to the packing list -Packing (take a clear photo of packing condition) -marking (take a clear photo of each reference marking (labels) & shipping mark) -gathering document (technical documents such as a certificate of conformity, data sheet, Manufacturer declaration) -prepare inspection report based on our report template in English. note: this job takes at least 3 hours.
