Magno Audio

I have an audio unit for guitar that uses standard audio input/output plug system and a regular DC-IN plug to run the 9V power. I want to add an additional magnetic system to use as an optional alternative to the standard system mentioned above both for the power and the audio. The unit will be equipped with 2 separate female magnetic plugs for audio and power INPUT, and another set of 2 separate magnetic male connectors on the opposite side of the unit to transfer both power and audio (OUTPUT) to optional units connected in series. I need a system that detect the guitar jack plugged in the standard audio input that automatically disconnects the magnetic audio transmission. Vice versa when there is no guitar jack connected to the standard audio input, I want the magnetic system is enabled and at same time the audio standard INPUT gets disabled. The Audio signal coming in the Magnetic input should go to both audio standard plug OUTPUT and magnetic plug OUTPUT. The system should be as small as possible since my units are very small.
