Links to Post Drafts (Some WordPress experience required)

We have some Excel Sheets with some Web Links on them. They can be found in a Google Doc. We need to create draft blog posts from each link, properly identified in terms of Category and Tags. Step A. Here is the process to find the links: 1) Log in to the Google Doc 2) Note that the Excel Sheets are well identified with Names and Tabs. 3) Names Correspond to "Consumer Niche - Categories" 4) Each tab corresponds to a "Product Innovation" Tag. 5) Links that have an N next to them are "new" and have not been processed. 6) Links that have a U or a P next to them have been processed. Skip these. Step B. Here is how to go create a blog post draft from a link. (Be careful to follow EVERY step!) 1) Login to the WordPress as a contributor. 2) Click on "post from OG" from the Word Press Dashboard. 3) Take note of which TAB you are in on the Excel Sheet (For example: Apparel / Ingredients or Coffee / Packaging) as it will be important in step C and D. 4) Copy one of the Link URLs (choose one marked with an N for new). 5) Paste in the"Create Post from Open Graph" space. 6) Click on "Grab Site Info" a. If the information (title, picture, text) displays correctly below, click on "create post" (be careful here! click only one time). b. If the message says: "No OG data in the page" then mark with the letter "U" next to the link in Excel and move on. Step C. Here is what you do in the Post draft stage: 1) Once you are in the "Edit Post" site, please PASTE the same link again in the text box, under the preloaded sentence (with a space in between them). 2) Then go to the side panel called "Categories" and look for the category with the same name as the Excel Sheet, and click on it (for example, Shoes). 3) Leave the "commentary" check marked, do not UNCHECK it. 4) If the link is a VIDEO, please go all the way down in Categories and click on Video. 5) Now, this is the most complicated and important part of the process: Tags. Step D. TAGS. 1) Look for the Tags box. 2) Start writing the words: "Product Innovation" and you will see some options (you might need to scroll down to see all of them). 3) Choose the option that matched the TAB you are working from on the Excel Sheet. CLICK on ADD and make sure it appears there. Click on "Submit for Review" and go back to the "post from OG" page, under Dashboard. Step E. Mark the Link on the Excel with a "P" for Processed and keep moving.
