De-bug my macro with following errors: object variable or with block variable not set and Variables not taking

I've created a macro that will take the data in sheet X and write the results to teams sheet. The criteria that is necessary that you can see in my code is the following: 1. Players can't repeat. There are 8 players on each team 2. Salary must be between 40,000 and 50,000 3. Each team must have one of each position (column C) but no more than 3 of each position with the exception of C, which can't be more than 2. I really am only interested in de-bugging this code vs completely new code because I need to be able to tweak the code for any requirement changes in the code. If you can fix what I hope are pretty minor errors I'd love to hear from you.
