I need to track learners rating and reviewers rating of the learner. I have existing spreadsheet to work from as a base. A learner needs to do a self assessment -Technical Skills Assessment- (TSR) every 2 months over a 6 month period. This information feeds into the ANA where the reviewer signs off the competency area. The Learner will do 2 ANA's per year over 3 years. When a competency area has been signed off by a reviewer, that row needs to be greyed out and locked for each following ANA and TSR. The Signoff Cells need to be locked and unlocked by a password which only the reviewers know. Any questions are to be discussed before accepting the job so it is clear what is included in the project.
