Hi I assume cost sheet contains 2 columns, Part_Nr, Price. Part_Nrs are unique, or made unique. sales sheet contains at least 2 columns, Part_Nr, Price. Price column is NOT filled. We make a dictionary of key/value pair of Part_Nr, Price Going down Part_Nr in sales sheet, Excel knows the Price if Part_Nr exists in dictionary; if Part_Nr does not exists in dictionary, it sets the Price as 999 There is no restriction to number of rows in sales sheet. The cost sheet can have 10,000 or 100,000 rows. Dictionary makes matching very fast. I am confident to complete the assignment within 3 calendar days once the sample cost and sales sheets are available please. Regards KC
