help needed creating reports and charts from excel

Please check attached spreadsheet. Active date represents when the member joined. Time and Date. I need you to create: A formula demonstrating how many people joined on each day. I want these results put into a chart. Leave all the columns as they are. I will be getting an updated excel like this every week representing our database and this may grow to 100,000+ I would like you record a macro so I could ask the spreadsheet for a report with a touch of a keystroke after I have copy pasted the updated database. Only serious experienced bidders welcome. And you must be able to start immediately and deliver quickly.
