Hi, I am trying to manipulate some address data so that it can efficiently be printed onto labels. I copy and paste it from the source into my excel file. The problem is that the addresses are either 5 or 6 rows each and there is then 9 blank rows between each address. Currently I manually go through the data and delete one of the blank rows below any 6 row addresses. This results in the start of each address being 15 rows apart, and from there I have no issues in getting them printed onto labels nicely. Therefore my query being, is there a way to get excel to manipulate the data so that I can avoid having to carry out the manual task of deleting rows as this is quite time consuming? Cheers Simon
