Search online then build list of emails from companies - 1million emails

Hi, I need: 1/ 300,000 business email addresses: from COMPANY MEMBERS of chambers of commerce (not the chamber's email but the members' emails) from all countries in attached file. I need all company members' emails of the UK chamber of commerce in Italy, US, Spain, Germany etc.. see list of countries in attached file. Same for the USA chamber in x countries. And so on. You will need to search online for these members' emails. On xls file, please add in column A the name of the directory, in column B the URL of the business directory and in column put the email addresses. No support@, no careers@, no hr@, no webmaster@ email addresses, general email addresses okay like info@ or contact@ or company personnel's email addresses okay too. 2/ 700,000 business email addresses: from small and medium sized companies from all over the word - see list of countries in attached file. These emails must all be on online business directories. On xls file, please add in column A the name of the directory, in column B the URL of the business directory and in column put the email addresses.
