vba tool to parse PO file

to create a utility using vba, functionality of the tool - open and parse a source file (PO file, attached), PO syntax can be found from [login to view URL] - for each message to be translated, ie. the message after "msgid "/"msgid_plural", call a function convert(msg) -> just return msg in this function for now and write the string returned from convert(msg) to the corresponding msgstr field, ie. msgstr "xxx"/msgstr[y] "xxx" - keep all the info from the source file except override the msgstr part with the message identified and converted following the above step - output all the content to a new file
