We have a Excel Workbook, that has custom formula's that need to be protected. Requirements: 1. Only works on Laptop/PC that we approve for each Excel file, should not work on virtual machine. 2. Get connected to internet to check date & time before allowing user to access that we set. Exceed the time frame, the file should not be open. 3. User cant disable micro/etc. 4. Or prefer user to input username & password, and cross check with a running server before allowing the excel file to open.
