Social Media Manager and Outreach Specialist

We are seeking dynamic freelance social media specialists to work on film, brand, and entertainment campaigns, helping us build audiences on our client's social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and others depending on the campaign). This is NOT a static social media management position. What we are looking for: Responsibilities - Build audiences by executing data-backed social/online outreach plans with the ability to quickly identify campaign strengths and weaknesses - Craft strategies for social outreach and community management, - Continuously test outreach and posting tactics while evaluating effectiveness at each user touchpoint - Refine and give insights on the performance of our digital assets to improve shareability of video/images/posts - Tap into social influencers and online communities within client/film niche, engaging targeted users through well-written messaging to generate awareness - Find new ways to measure return on investment within social media plans, and show this return through dynamic reporting molded to campaign needs, not limited to what analytical reporting tools provide Qualifications Please apply ONLY IF you: - Can show superstar performance through examples of past campaigns - Apply an analytically driven approach to solving problems - Have awesome methodologies for maximizing user acquisition through testing and evaluating improvements in user experience, data-gathering objectives, and brand messaging - Can tap into your gigantic arsenal of proven engagement tactics, audience-building strategies, and an understanding of the triggers that cause content to spread - Have a framework for analyzing content strategies to find the themes and characteristics that improve sharing and create social signals - Push the boundaries and consistently look to apply the latest tools and trends in social - Understand social is about connecting and possess the ability to find/add relevance in any conversation - Have more than 3 years experience running social media strategy and community management Please provide case studies of campaigns that match the above criteria.
