Looking for a fashion designer for spring and summer apparel

We am looking for a fashion designer for simple, light, and compelling clothing designs to create a brand, and sell it first via Etsy, and then continue to expand it. The idea is to distribute fairly the net profit of the sales. We are looking for someone with knowledge in sewing patterns, so the clothes can be handmade. The interested person should be okay with the payment agreement, and can be involved in brand development, if desired.
