Looking for a efficient remote team .

We already have a office and a team of 7 people but realized we have a lot of work , + we are expanding in our market quickly so we need to increase our team . I don't want ultra professionals people , All i need is you know what you are doing. I am looking for guys who can work , having fun , cheerful attitude and follow there commitments . I have a lot of projects lined up and mostly i will be needing is good after effects animators. I need the person to be reliable , trustworthy , easy to communicate , Online available at least 12 hours a day , and want to try on some good potential projects . I don't care if you have a new profile , but you must know what you are good in , and can handle the job your are committing, Because i will count on you . I am looking for a very long term relationship and will provide continuous projects to the person after 1-2 successful completions . I am looking for 1- after effects (motion graphics expert) 2- flash animators 3-graphic designers. 4-anything your are good in . Please only share the works in which you are expert in , or you know you can do the job nicely . Mostly all the projects will be in a price band of 200-800$ . I will be providing you all the details of the project , Storyboard, sound , concept , character sketch , bg , style of animation needed. All you have to do is animation . Please do list your skills in P.M like you can handle motion graphics, or you can work in C4D , or you can do cool character animation , or you can help with character development , etc . Just tell me what you are good at . No need to tell me how many years experience you have , etc . let your work speak for you . Please only share the work you actually have done . not anyone else , because we really don't want to mess up everything at the end . My office team and you will be working closely on every project and as a team . :) I will assign the project as per your expertise. You can be assigned entire project or just part of the project .
