145065 Website design

I need an initial one-page website design for a corporate retreats/events company based with dude/cowboy ranch. The website describes and offers team building, corporate adventure, corporate retreat with horse riding, cattle work, snowmobiling, fishing and so on activities. Required: 1) Original page design and coding into HTML with flash elements (like navigation probably and slide show banner). Make sure the coding is clean, easy to work in Dreamweaver, layers are not broken if I try to put text somewhere. 2) All source files to be supplied (PSD, JPG, GIF, FLA, etc..). Note: Also, because we contract you to design, but we are the actual Sellers of the design, we require you not to post the designs/websites created by you for us on your personal website in Portfolio or anywhere ON-LINE. But you have the right to show your new customers the portfolio by request through emails, messengers. By bidding on the Project, you agree to do so. 3) Artistic nature of a designer, taste and graphic skills. Because the design should be professional and very nice, clean and balanced looking, with real art approach. 4). Logo should be redesigned. Some specifics: we pay attention to SEO design in mind. we usually design and prefer 750-800 wide templates, centered. Bonus considered!
