Operations & Production Strategy of Manufacturing Plant RPA analysis.

Abstract: The project is submitted is main focusing to present manufacturing of products etc assessment reports that enables manufacturing plant units to do an instant evaluations of their operations performance day to day basis. Production plants need to manage the three dimensions of sustainability; economic, environmental and social in order to remain in a profitable position, maintain and attract customers,all state electricity board, Municipal Corporations,NTPC,PGCIL,DVC,ABB,SIEMENS,BHEL,TATA, L&T, etc large no. Of client list etc as well as employees/labors all, and meet the requirements set by laws, rules and regulations & identifying need the best practices has always been the topic of discussions for the industry to accomplish higher level of performance. Quick analysis of these elements would be beneficial to service cum operational companies, This paper focuses on rapid sustainable plant assessment, a method that enables stakeholders such as owners and service operators of plant to gain a quick glance at what plant elements can be improved and what would be best practice. Hence during the course of the project I have visited for also one manufacturing production plant workshop plant center & tried my level best assessing data based on their production operations workshop plant based on RPA process techniques & the parameters/factors which are predominately important to improve the production plant workshop’s performance.
