Coscal Homes is expecting to finish and list up to 3 homes per month. If you are interested in making Baltimore and surrounding neighborhoods a beautiful place to live while working a well paying job, please contact me with any resume and previous work you have accomplished. All contractors are expected to have their own transportation and communication abilities as well as remain professional and build long term relationships. Payment will depend on the homes. Some of our previous work for contractor's has ranged from $18,000 to $48,000. Let's make Baltimore a beautiful neighborhood once more.
