Visit two hardware stores (Lowe’s, HomeDepot or Walmart) US$10 for visiting the window shade AND outdoor shade sections of two stores (one Lowe’s plus one of HomeDepot, a second Lowe’s or Walmart) and do the followings. Please call ahead to ensure the brand Coolaroo is stocked in the store. 1. Take at least two clear pictures of each of the window shade AND outdoor shade sections, one showing the whole section, one showing the price of the main products. (at least 4 pictures in total) 2. Ask a staff who can answer the following questions: 2.1. What is the most popular window shade product? (with brand name) 2.2. What is the most popular outdoor shade product? (with brand name) 2.3. How is the sales in window shade and outdoor shade compared to this time last year? (Much better, better, similar, down or much worse) 2.4. How often are the stocks replenished? Is the shade category expanding in terms of product choice? 2.5. Would you consider it to be a growth category for the store? 2.6. Ask for feedback on the brand Coolaroo, such as ranging, pricing, quality, color, style and any customer feedback. I will pay extra US$3 for more detail answer and good pictures.
