Ghostwriters for Young Adult project

I am looking for experienced, Native English speaking ghostwriters capable of writing across a variety of genres, as I have many projects on the horizon and am looking for a long term relationship with the right person. Writers from the U.S. are preferred, but other Native English speaking writers will be considered if your work is good. I need someone capable of writing within the U.S. vernacular as most of my projects are set within the United States and it is so much more authentic with an American writer. I am looking for quality work and will give you ample time to complete the project, allowing you the opportunity to be creative and not rushed to hit an arbitrary word count or a ridiculously rushed deadline. I will need to see samples of your work before I make a decision, so please send me your best if I respond to your initial bid with an inquiry. Currently I am looking to produce a Young Adult, supernatural/dystopian series centered around a leading male character. I will provide a synopsis of the plot and character details once I have chosen the right candidate. The book must begin at a point of action and end with a compelling cliffhanger. I prefer strong dialogue scenes with descriptive narrative to ‘show’ the story progressing, rather than simply ‘telling’ the story. I would prefer this to be at least a three part series, but this depends on the strength of the ghostwriter's ability to create and build a dynamic series. The initial book will be 50,000 words. The pay will be a standard rate of $150 for book one, please don’t bid any higher. This first book is a chance to prove yourself. Do an excellent job, and the pay will increase with each book within this series. You will have ample time to complete the project, with 10,000 words due each week. I have a very specific idea of what I want this project to be and I would dearly love to write it myself, but I do not have the time. However, I will help you develop the chapters as the story progresses. You will submit a working draft to me each week, every 10,000 words (three or four complete chapters.) Once I approve the draft, and any corrections/revisions are completed (which I am willing to help you with,) you are free to continue with the next phase of 10,000 words which you will have seven days to complete and so on. The project will be considered complete when I am satisfied with the work. Not to say that I will make you write and rewrite for an indefinite period, but if there are issues, I expect them to be corrected. When the project is complete, you will be required to sign a disclosure statement relinquishing any rights to the written material.
