200 Page Book

I want to write a book of around 200 pages for which I have all the details and ideas listed out. I would be giving you the entire plot and I expect you to write a novel of roughly 200 pages. Upon completion, all the rights would eb automatically transferred to me for which you would have to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Upon successful publication of the novel, the ghost writer, i.e., you, would be getting 10% of my total earnings. The estimated budget for the novel is $1.5 for every page written, which takes the total budget to $150. I would be requiring samples of short stories or earlier publications. Please do not send me unpublished write-ups on account of legal hassles. Thank you.
