Chrome and Firefox browser extension

We require browser extensions for chrome and firefox that do the following: 1. Button to turn on or off the extension 2. Get the unique browser ID. Store this in the extension. 3. When extension is turned on, send URL, page title (<title> tag) and page meta data (<meta> tags) through to our API of all open tabs 4. Upon every link clicked, or if a user performs a search on a keyword, get the following to send to our API a. Collect the URL of the page the user is on b. Collect the URL of the page the user goes to with the following: i. Page title (<title> tag) ii. Page meta-data (<meta> tags) 5. A place to enter a tag for the page a. The extension will send the page URL, title, meta data and the tag b. Use a format similar to Mozilla Firefox when adding a bookmark 6. A button to open up our website We require all source code for this project that is developed. Upon acceptance, we will inform you of the API URL's to use, and the format of the POST data to send.
