Build Chrome Extension for Twitch Chat

The Chrome extension should detect when the user is accessing a Twitch chat and load two endpoints. The first endpoint will return a list of images that should replace some text that might appear in the chat ([login to view URL]). Each element (ie perkWolf) should be replaced with the related image if the user that sent the message is in the users array or the all value is set to true. The second endpoint will return a list of images that should be placed in the chat next to the usernames of specific users ([login to view URL]).
