Create 1 page "Product info brochure" in MS Word (use of existing template is fine)

I need you to create a 1 page 'Product Information Brochure' from some text I have written (with a image). Please see the attached word document for the text and image. It should in a modern, professional style. I need this done in Microsoft Word so that I can update it later if required (I don't have publisher etc). You can use an existing template if you have one - I don't need it designed from scratch. I just don't have time to do it myself. ** If you can send an example template of what it will look like, you have a lot more chance of been chosen** i.e. just so I can visualise the end result.
