Data Harvesting/Data Entry Personnel - Prefer Philippines

PLEASE READ FIRST: Do not email me about this position. To do so will result in an instant disqualification from the project. Read the description below and if this job is for you, please make a bid. Do not put a high bid as it will not be considered. We pay promptly and have been doing so for an extended period of time with no problems. Requirements: 1.) Must be able to speak/read/write good English 2.) Must be able to speak/read/write Japanese "mid-level" (most will be copy/paste but you should be able to understand most of it) 3.) Must be able to "search" Google, Google Images, YouTube, etc. efficiently 3.) Must be able to work with multiple browser windows open at the same time 4.) Must be able to do simple file management and image manipulations (save with a specified name, resize, etc.) Best if you have some sort of mass image manipulation software. Something like "Arles Image Web Page Creator" (Its FREE) 5.) Must be able to create simple graphics using any graphics program of your choice. I recommend something like "Real Draw" 6.) Must be able to enter data CORRECTLY (usually just copy/paste, very little actual typing) and check the data to make sure it is correct. 7.) If you have experience at working with the CMS Drupal, that is a benefit 8.) For several reasons on this job we prefer someone based in Philippines. The job will be to obtain data from one site (or sites) and enter it into our database (site). We provide 90% of the sites from which data is mined. In addition, photographs or documents will have to be downloaded from sites and then uploaded onto ours The project has complete instructions and we have used data entry personnel in the past and are using some now. The MAIN ISSUE is that data must be entered correctly or the data is useless. We pay only for correct data, after the job is completed. Once you report the job is complete we check it and if there is anything wrong then we do not pay for the time spent correcting the problems. Once the work is complete we pay promptly. The job pays $1.50-$2.00 per hour, depending on your speed and the quality of your work. We start at $1.50 and then if we are satisfied we begin incrementally raising the hourly rate for the remainder of this ongoing project. We need data entered in a timely fashion and will review on a daily basis.
