Design a Flyer

I am launching my website and my personal training business. In order to attain clients I am offering a promotion which i want to feature on a flyer and on a banner. I want a vertical Flyer & a horizontal banner the banner should be sized to fit on my website's slider, and in Facebook groups. the vertical flyer should be sized to standard vertical format that will not cost more money to print. I have attached my current logo below and it will need to be scaled to fit to the banner and the flyer.
