FLV - 3D LOGO / 3D LOGO JPEG

Two Projects : Project 1 : Make my PNG photo make it "3D" and make everything other than the logo itself transparent. I will need be able to insert photo into PDF files, so appropriate formatting is very important. 250 x 75 , PNG, JPG and other formats required. Project 2: Make Logo into 3D FLV , The Logo Intro needs to be 15 seconds in duration...to go along with the music provided. It will be used in a program that requires it to be 603 x 417 I would like intro to be captivating, and dramatic as possible. ( it will be used as an intro to online games for students that will see it over and over again, I would like them to be mesmerized by the intro each time they see it. ( ages 4-10 ) A WAV format of the music will be given later. ( still being completed )
