Logo, letterhead and front page for job application

The project is a design for my personal professional communication with potential new employers. I am going to apply to a pharmaceutical company and would like to shine out of the crowd of all applicants in a professional manner. I would like to have a logo based on my name. Maybe make use of initials in a interesting graphic way and/or combined with something that looks like research. For instance since I work with antibodies I could imagine something like this: [login to view URL]:[login to view URL] that is a bit personal to my name. Please no cliparts for the logo, rather vector graphics. Additional I would need a letter head design, that fits to the logo and should make use of the logo. This letterhead should look professional such that I can use it for job applications. Finally I would like to have a front page in the same design (A4) that I can use to introduce my certificates, recommendation letters etc. The front page is for the application folder.
