419908 Professional Logo Needed

I would like a logo created similar to the sample logo attached. I want the figure of the officer more detailed and life like. I want to beable to see the badge on his shirt and hat. YOU MUST create a mock up sample of what you will do for us or we will NOT consider your bid. I cant consider you if i cant see what your going to do for us its that simple. I will need additional marketing work done so if you do a good job there will be future projects for 4x6 card and business card designs.. Project must be delivered within 2 days of acceptance.
