Create pictures for video game on a phone

I need a graphic/artist/drawing/photoshop type of person. These need to be original pictures and started from scratch. No copies of other peoples pictures or work. I am building a game on the phone similar to Lord of Ultima, Hobbit kingdoms of middle earth, and evony (links below). I need someone to do the graphics for me. These are static images (no animations). I don't need someone to code the game. The pictures need to be of high quality with textures, colors, and shadows. The pictures need to be transparent (no background image) and preferably png files (similar to jpg or gif files). The building structures will be displayed on the phone at about 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch (very small). The intro screen will be about 4 inches by 6 inches. The people images will be displayed at about 1 inch by 2 inch (fairly small). These are approximate dimensions. If you do the image larger then I can shrink it down to the size that I need (this is preferred).
