Build a Joomla Website from Template

I am looking for a web developer to setup a Joomla website for my client. You will have 7 days to complete the project from the time it is awarded. The winning bidder will receive a 25% downpayment on being selected, a further 25% milestone when the website/template/extensions are installed and the remaining 50% on completion of the project. This website will potentially develop into a webshop in 3-4 weeks time if my client is happy, so I am looking for someone who is capable and provides quality work at an affordable rate who can potentially fulfil the setup of the shop after the page is done. The site is a basic business website, a TemplateMonster template will be provided, you will be required to install this along with a few basic extensions (contact form, image gallery, analytics etc.), create the pages and ensure formatting/layouts are working across the site so I can implement content/images. A good designer should be able to knock this out in 2 or 3 days maximum, so please keep this in mind when bidding as it is quite easy work. You must have: 1) experience in setting up Joomla websites 2) good English writing ability 3) very basic graphic design abilities 4) ability to email progress update once per day 5) experience with Joomla shopping sites preferred I have a briefing document to this project which I will send to bidders whose experience/abilities/pricing matches my needs. You will be able to change your bid if you think your original bid was too high or low once you have the full details of the project.
