Hi, we would like to integrate [login to view URL] (or [login to view URL]) API on our website so that website user can chat (or use all available functionality provided by API such as individual chat, group chat etc). 1. We will provide you website template (based on twitter bootstrap) 2. This API needs to work in template and not on our website. This reduces project complexity drastically as we just need ready integrated code of this API. 3. We will take this code and plug into other component of our website which we can't disclose. 4. Based on # 2 - I will ignore bid more than certain amount. It should be simple project for SLACK integration.

I have done similar integration of LiveChat API using WebHooks to a PHP Website and it has been functional from quite some time. I can start working on your project right away and would ensure working and quality integration. Hopefully,you have Sandbox API Keys and Other Account details for SLACK, I believe.
