Build a Custom PhpFox Network

We are looking for a programmer to implement a custom social network using phpfox software: https://www.phpfox.com. HTML and designs will be provided by us and coder will have to implement the custom design for all pages. The project is a complete re-design so all pages of phpfox, including pop ups, will be updated to reflect our custom UI. Coder will be responsible for ensuring that site is fully upgradable after customization, and must upgrade site to the extent there are upgrades available, during the course of the project. Coder is required to have adequate knowledge of phpfox, braintree, mysql, scaling, bootstrap, php, html, and responsive design implementation. Coder will also be responsible for documenting the custom code or changes to the phpfox code so that we have a manual to follow for future updates, after the project is done. Project deliverable includes this guide and payment will not be made without a modification guide and instructions. We require implementation of all phpfox's out of the box features and customization of a few features that are not readily available on phpfox. Plugins will be provided and must be implanted by coder using our custom UI and bootstrap design. We expect to implement the following functionalities, a majority of which are standard phpfox functions or are found using phpfox plugins. There will be some additional custom coding required where it is not a standard function, like the custom news feed on our profile page, and the like and follow functionality for the profile page. Site Features: (1) search by city, state, country, profession, income, gender, preference ect. (2) international payment gateway using Braintree for monthly payments for premium users (3) email, news feed, who's viewed your profile, and photo uploads (4) matching questions for dating portal (5) daily match e-mails sent to subscribers (6) premium and free accounts (7) responsive desktop, tablet, and mobile functionality (8) job postings for a fee and job searching, and jobs matched to users (9) custom profile pages for individual users and company pages or group pages (10) facebook like news feed for users to see friend updates (11) premium (paid) and free membership (12) Dating pool, for users who opt into dating network, relationship status, ability to hide relationship status for viewing of only users in dating pool (13) custom inbox based on design (14) custom blog feed based on design (15) custom jobs portal (16) custom fund raising portal (17) profile page like and follow functionality (as found in instagram) Most of these features are available out of the box or through plugins. We are looking for bids for the engineering of the site. We will handle all web designs.
